Reinstall Window 98

Hi there...it`s always me with another problem!!!!
Let`s say that yesterday.(I don`t know how!!!) ...I formatted my hard drive, in fact now when I switch my pc on...any program runs.
I found out that there is only the BIOS installed.
I cannot reinstall the window 98 (I have got the original cd rom) ...but when I put this cd rom on my pc....and I switch it on...
it appears a message like this: System error disk. Remove it and...
bla bla bla.
When I press F2 It starts the BIOS otherwise....nothing else happen.
Can you tell me if I am doing something wrong ...or whatever do I have to do the reinstall the window?

You need to tell the computer to look in the CD drive first, before the harddrive, when booting.

Go ahead and enter the BIOS. Look around on the screen for instructions on how to navigate around. (You'll be using the arrow keys, the esc key and the enter key.)

Once you've figured out how to navigate, look for "Boot" or "Boot Order" or something similar. What you're looking for is a list of the order in which the drives on your computer are accessed during boot. What you need to do is change that order until it lists the CD drive first. Once you've done that, exit the BIOS saving the changes.

Put the Windows 98 CD in the CD drive and reboot. When it asks if you want to boot from the hard disk or the CD, choose the CD. It should then ask what you want to do - choose Start Windows 98 Setup from CD-ROM.
