problem downloading zip file
I have downloaded a zip file from Google some three times now and seeing that 3 files were successfully unzipped,yet when I try to activate the action in Google(which is to make the task bar float) I get the message ...I need to install GDI+ which do,but trying to action the Google file again I am prompted to download this GDI+ file again.The file is gdiplus_dnld.exe

GDI+ is a video capability your computer most likely doesn't have.
In other words you probably won't be able to run that without adding a newer video card.
