hello there, i just want to ask help for this matter. I'm having a problem with this website that i'm updating, the content of the page is in .swf and i need to remove a line of word in it, but i don't have its .fla file, is there any way to remove or overlay the word?

Nope. You need the original .fla.

thanks, but what if i don't have the .fla file? Actually i'm not the one who originally made the file so i don't have it, but i need to update and remove a certain link in it.

Then you need to obtain it, otherwise you can't update it. You would need to reconstruct the Flash animation from scratch.

hmmm, that'll be a long process... anyway, have you tried using an swf decompiler? i tried using it but can't quite get the exact output.

Yes, I've used them. No, they never work properly, that's why I didn't suggest it. They're certainly not meant for professional use.
