Right now I'm living in Japan and just had hikari (light) fiber internet installed. The internet browsers and downloads all work wonderfully. However, when trying to log on to any kind of instant messenger program, or use utorrent, i run into this kind of rapid connection/disconnection. I have absolutely no clue what's going on. If anyone has some advice it would be greatly appreciated. I'm unfamiliar with this type of connection. Also, if it's of any significance, when I have this program on the light on my router also flashes rapidly. Thanks in advance.
