Group Policy

Ihave Windows 2000 Professional operating system. I have assign group policy mistickly on stand alone machine (administrator) after that i cannot open any application and i cannot run any software form CD ROM. It gives restriction error to all applications and software and also i cannot open gpedit.msc control to reset the policy.
