Internet Connection help

I cant get my internet to work when i go to device manager and click on network adapters the networking controller has a yellow explanation mark beside it when i click on it, it says

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. the device may be corrupted or missing (Code 39)

I cant find any of the CD's i got with the computer Can anyone help me

Also the name of the Controller is: NVIDIA nForce MCP Networking Controller Version 3.3.9.0

Is this an onboard network adapter?
If so what make and model motherboard do you have?
