Hello,
My computer will not boot. I get to the "Ctrl Alt Del" screen and enter my password, it then says "windows is starting....." and then it crashes. I as checkin my hotmail when I opend a wrong e-mail, and something called "KB_2874.tpk" appeared on my desktop. I found a tutorial on how to fix this, but my computer will not even turn on to run the configuration. I can get the computer to boot in safe mode and that is it. It will not even boot in safe mode with networking. I have tried starting in last known best configuration and it crashes also. what do I do?
