Provider Issue [moved by z1p]

I am at a lost, I am trying to access a secure website (e-mapping.com). I can from my home but not from my office. (no one can) We both go through HTC (internet provider). I have a number I have to enter to get to the main site (that works fine). This website is linked inside.

I have tried everything, (disabling my firewall, bypassing router, triggering the port etc..

The only difference I can see is that my office number is a business account and my home is a residential.

I am not the only one that is having this problem, but it is only people going through this internet provider.

The website, the internet provider all say it is not their problem.

Any help would be much appreicated.
