I've used XDrive. It's free and it works. It was slow uploading and even slower downloading but that was before my ISP upgraded their equipment and improved speeds drastically. So it may not have been totally XDrive's problem. You get five gigabytes.
I checked out Box.net but my customer who needed the storage space needed it for longer than Box.net's free trial period and wasn't willing to pay. After the trial period, it's $7.95 per month for five gigabytes, one gig max single file size.
