I bought a PC and has Windows Vista and having problems burning DVD's with DVD Shrink. How do I use DVD Decryptor and what if the full movie is to large to fit on a blank DVD?

Can you please give some examples of what movies you're burning, and for what purpose.

I'm assuming its a legal bought DVD and you wish to back it up. If so, you need to look for a feature that cuts down certain features. You can do that with DVD Shink. I've also used DVD Decryptor, I've not investigated this program for cutting features, for the meantime look in the help sections or search Google.
Again only use these programs for backing up LEGAL copys and NOT sharing with other people.

Backing up Illegal copys for other people or yourself is against the law and CTH policies, I'm sorry.

Backup is only legal if you don't have to crack copy protection to do so. Which is the whole purpose of DVD Decrypter, deemed illegal in most DMCA/EUCD-abiding countries.

Obviously, using DVD Shrink is also a dead giveaway that you're not making legal backups. DVD Shrink is used to remove either quality, extra features, or both from a commercial DVD. If you cared about making a direct 1:1 copy of the disc, including all the features and original quality (which you would if you were actually making a legal backup), DVD Shrink is totally unnecessary.
