This "warning" pops up...

Earlier today i got this message when i tried to open up IE7 shortly after downloading a game:

I tried that last point. restart computer... the message showed up again, i pressed continue, then looked for help... it hasnt showed up yet. and i was just wondering if anyone knows what it means, and what i can do?
is there a virus on my computer?
(i am running a fulls system scan with norton right now, and so far a tracking cookie has been found, but i resolved it)
