I encounter a persistent problem after viewing any video content that uses Windows Media Player 7.01 my parallel printer port is not longer available requiring restarting the computer. The problem doesn't occur when listening to audio either on-line or CD.
I searched for solutions on MS Knowledge Base but failed to uncover one.
