Central.dll Error Message Issue

Hi,

I have an issue when closing applications, a message box appears saying "cannot load central.dll" This started about two weeks ago when I re-installed mcafee security centre due to an issue. It doesn't seem to be causing any issues running programmes but is becoming quite annoying. Can anyone please help?
