Converting MOD files to MJPEG

how do i do it? is there a free programme that will do a mass convert?

please use terms for a fairly basic/average pc user

MOD is usually an audio format. M-JPEG is a moving image. Hence I don't see a way to convert between the two. If your files are something different you will need to mention the source of these files and what you want to do with them.
