I have a Linksys WRT54GX2 wireless router and wanting to connect 2 Enginous EOC 3220 wireless radios's to it using a cat5 splitter to bring the 2 radio cables into one router port can this be done? Or will there be any issues with signal strength or bandwith? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also how far can I run Cat 5 cable and still have good signal strength.

You can, but I dont' think it'll work right. Depending on what you're trying to do, use a switch or 2 ports on the router. Also how far can I run Cat 5 cable and still have good signal strength. Theoretically 100 meters (about 300').
