Converting ogm to mp4 with dual audio

I have an ogm file with english and japanese audios that I want to convert to mp4. I used PSP Video Express, but that only converted the default audio (english). Is there any way or other software to convert with both audios intact, or is there a way to set the japanese audio to default?
