parental controls

Hi
I am hoping that someone might be able to help me make a choice for a parental control program for my kids computers. :dizzy::confused:
My eldest is in her final GCSE year and I want to limit her access and mainly time to msn , bebo , myspace and netlog. I am not sure what program to use, if it can be downloaded free , that would be a bonus. Anyone help?

If you have a router you can set up certain times that a PC can access the internet.
