Vista Expired-Can't get XP boot
My laptop has the Vista beta software on it, and now it has expired. I was told it had XP on it as well, but can't get it to come up. What do I need to do to get XP as my operation program?
Any help would be great, Thanks, Ryan |

If it wasn't setup as dual boot then I guess the XP isn't installed on the HD with Vista. Whenever you logged onto the laptop did you have an option to choose between Vista or XP? If not you will need to do a new install of XP from what it sounds like.

Sounds like you installed vista over xp. You will have to do a reformat and a fresh xp install.
