Satellite Help..

I need to play games online. I need to. But I can only get satellite internet.. So, my question is what do I go with?

I have Clearwire, which is cheap and fast for everything else. But for playing games it only boasts an uplink of 256kb.

Does anybody have any experience with WildBlue? They are a satellite provider as well, they say only 256kb uplink, but perhaps people have had a good online experience with them?

Also, I found Earthlink Satellite. After talking with a rep for like ten minutes I finally got him to say "384kb uplink." Earthlink is much more expensive and requires an 18 month contract.. Has anybody experienced it first-hand? Would I notice the difference between my 256kb uplink and Earthlink's supposed 384kb?

I can play a lot of games online now, but my connection strains so easily.

Any help?
