Connecting with terminal services

I am trying to connect to a windows 2000 pro pc with my server running windows server 2k3 small business. What do I have to do to the 2k pro computer to allow it to accept the connection? Also how would I connect to this with the remote web workplace?

To connect to win2k using terminal service, you need to install the terminal server software on the windows 2000 machine. And the 2k3 needs the terminal services client (not sure if it's installed by default or not). I just installed Microsofts latest evaluation copy of 2k3 server, and I'm not to familiar with it yet.

I got a copy from my cousin who's dad has a action pack subscription. I was just interested in learning how it all works.
