I have Vista Home Premium..I have two users on my PC..My Son logs in and everything on his side works fine...I log in and and try to check e mail or get to the internet,and it pops up error codes,saying I am offline..I look at the offline status in TOOLS,and remove the check,and it still does the same thing ...It says that I am connected to the Internet..When I try to click on any website,there is a little black circle next to the "hand" ( cursor)... I tried complete shutdown / restart,and it will not fix....very frustrating....
