Doesn't look like it. Maybe you will have better luck stating your problem anyway. After all osCommerce is just a package of various technologies, chances are somebody here knows the particular technology for the functionality you're having problems with.

If you are talking about (oscommerce)shopping carts then it's not that difficult that you would require to find some guru for it.
Generally most host offer it as free with fantastico which can be easily installed and used.
