As I said in another forum, The motherboard on my HP is dead, and guess what else, the HP itself is obsolete. That sucks. Its not a full size tower thats why, the lady at the front said. I learn't it the hard way, don't make the same mistake. Lucky in Dad's case his is a Standard Tower Case System. Urrg, $1300 plus GST and PST down the drain. Thank You HP, your systems might as well be in the dumpster in 16seconds.:sad:

i have a HP machine... infact i have had it for almost 4 years now, i reboot it prob once every 3 months, unless i have a unscheduled power down... these things go, thats normal

I've had my HP Pavilion 6736 for almost 6 years a 800MHz CPU with 512MB of RAM and that's after I updated the CPU and RAM to the most the MB would let me. I keep it a round just in case one of my main 2 systems go down I have a backup till I get it going again.
