Hello Forum,
Desperate for an answer. I have been communicating with a person via email. Her significant other is computer savvy, works in high tech and does manipulate the computers at home to track her. I have been using yahoo and she has hotmail. It was working fine until yesterday. Now she cant receive my emails, they are being rejected. I can receive hers. Any help or suggestions.

I changed the names and server number to protect her, but this is what the rejection email says.

how are you sending the emails, through yahoo or through your isp's smtp?

Sending them through yahoo, they just started getting blocked/rejected. I believe the ones I am sending through my isp (charter) are getting through fine. I am not very computer literate, so any information has to be detailed or simple. Thanks. Can you help?

are you being blocked from all hotmail accounts or just your friends?

I only send emails to one hotmail account, hers. As far as I can tell, all other accounts are accepting my emails. Something has suddenly changed, I can no longer get my emails to her. I talk to her and text her, so I know she did not purposefully change anything. Her significant other is very jealsous, abusive and controlling, to a point to which you would not be able to comprehend or believe. He is high up in the computer industry, monitoring servers with a Yahoo affiliated company. I'm a straight forward guy trying to maintain contact with a very abused women. Any help would be appreciated.

the only thing I can thing of is your email to that account has been reported as spam. There may be nothing you can do except use another account to send this person emails.

Try sending a test email to my hotmail account using renegade600. If it works then its that one specific account.

then it sounds like its been blocked by the individual or the significant other.

The only possible solution is if that person wants to continue to receive emails from your yahoo account, then your friend needs to contact msn customer support about not receiving emails

Thank you so much. I suspected as much. Could you get anything out of the official yahoo rejection email?
A lot of codes and such I dont know anything about.

If anyone else has ideas, please let me hear them. I hate being outmatched here!

if your email address is being blocked as spam you could temporarilly create new one and send from that. That way you could at least let her know you are being blocked. Of course if the sig other is that high in the comp industry I supposed they could also be aware of her password and be able to monitor your msgs too. just a thought.

It might have just been technical difficulties between you and your friend emails accounts.
