For about 6 months now I can not fix this problem. I have tried downloading so many different audio drivers and finally found out that it as the realtek AC97 I had to download and still this problem continues. I have re-installed windows 2000 so many times in 6 months.
All the sound on my computer sounds like chipmunks. I have tried everything, including troubleshooting all audio programs and drivers. Even the video seems a tad bit faster due to this problem.
Im using a compaq PIII
every song and every video sounds like thier high off oh helium. Please please please help me on this one.
