Disable lines from staying highlighted

How can I disable the lines on the web from staying highlighted. When I am on EBAY and I click on a line it highlights red. The next day it will still be highlighted. :hmm:

It remains highlighted (or color-changed) to indicate you've viewed it before. Clear your cookies (or use a program, such as CCleaner (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/download/file/ccleaner)) to get rid of it.

If by 'tried it' you mean you used CCleaner, do this - after you run it (choosing in Options to delete all cookies) open your browser and run it again - while the browser's open. That oughta do it.

if the previous advise does not work then is it only ebay? what browser? if msie, go to tools, internet options, advanced, scroll down to links underline and make the proper selection.
