The cable company shut my internet off because I was a couple days late paying. Before they did that, Kerclink was running fine and now I can't even get it downloaded. A little box comes up and says something about a library file and wants me to re-install driver. I have no idea what they are talking about. Can someone please help me?

KERclink is an online-only service, near as I can tell. If you're not online, KERclink won't play nice.

I know you have to be connected to the internet and I am.

Well, that's why I assumed you weren't online. :)

Have you uninstalled the KERclink client from your PC first, then tried reinstalling?

Is this the version you're using?
http://www.kerclink.com/download/v3/setup.exe

Reason I ask, they're up to v.6 now. If you go to http://www.kerclink.com/ and click Reinstall at the bottom right, that's what you'll get.

I tried both links and neither works. This is what comes up:KerClink Installer Information-Internal Error 2753.kerclink.exe-----screen goes black and comes back on fuzzy and another box comes on saying:Application Error-application has generated an exception that could not be handled-----Process ID=0xeac{3756}--Thread ID=0xec0{3776}----click on OK to terminate the application---Click on cancel to debugg the application. I click cancel and nothing happens. So what does all this mean?
