Please Help
I had a laptop that haven't tougch for a year, it never required a password and username to log in. Yesterday, I hitted an "on" button, and the window pop up that reqiured a password and username. What can I do to log in to my PC?? And I never have my password set up for window log in. what should I do now?? If someone show me how, I would appreciate it. thank you very much.

what operating sys are you using, and can you not log into the administrator account? or did you put a password for that account aswell ???

I don't even know what system I'm using. I'm dumb in PC, clueless. But what if for example I forgot my password and username for the window. What should I do now??

if you are really clueless, then the best thing would to pay an IT Tech so sort this out for you
