I have an older computer that has no OS. I wanted to try to use linux. The computer is really old and isn't very fast so I was wondering which one I should get. The specs are pentium processor 200 megahertz, 64 RAM, 4gb hard drive. I just need to browse the internet using a usb wireless adaptor and maybe type and print. Thats all. I'm sorry if I used the word linux wrong and If I need to get an older version of something that is fine too.

I would suggest something like Slackware, running a very light window manager such as Fluxbox or IceWM. There is a linux distribution called Vector, which is essentially Slackware pre-configured with IceWM for ease of use. Its not -exactly- easy to use for a beginner, but if you don't mind working with it a little it would be a good choice.
If you want something that is very easy to use, look into Xubuntu. Xubuntu is based off the popular Ubuntu system, pre-configured to run XFCE. Xubuntu uses a live-cd to install, which I doubt will run very well on your system due to the low memory. There is an alternate, text-based installer you can use, which will work MUCH better. The download page for Xubuntu is located here, and you can download the alternate install cd here. Out of these two, Vector will definitely be faster. If you have the time, I would suggest trying them both out.
