system slow
i have a celeron pc in my office , noramally it works ok, but when it comes to oracle 9i, when user work on oracle it gets slow, so there r any chenges needed in oracle9i
wat to do?

depends on what you using oracle for... and ofcourse the specifications of the computer in useb
