another bf2 problem.

ok, for some reason, my BF2 game wont initialize. Ive tried the desktop icon, ive tried the autorun menu, but each time i do, it doesnt run. i check the task manager and under processes it shows it as running and taking the resources. it never launches, i cant reinstall since i lost my cd key. any ideas here? its a completely legit copy, so im not sure whats the matter.

It seems you might be missing one of the files in the "Battlefield 2" folder. The only solution I can think of is reinstalling.....but youve lost your key. I once lost mine and rang them up (EA) and they must of been feeling generous....coz I got mine free! But if you wanna pay just $10 through paypal..you can get a new key from EA.

I'm not sure where but I got a feeling the key will be somewhere in the registry.

It's worth a look I think
