Scribes MT platform with MS Word

Not sure if I am in the right place but this is my question. I use Scribes MT platform that in turn works with MS Word. I have been having trouble using the Scribes platform and getting the following error message when I try to save and trasmit my dictation. No one else is having this problem and thousands of people use it, so my employer said the problem is with my computer. They suggested checking my add ons but I only have a few and they were all there before when it was working right. Any ideas would be appreciated.
