When I turn on my PC, the tower lights all come on, but nothing appears on the monitor. Bios is not loading for whatever reason. So I cannot change anything that may be affecting the PC. It just does not start up.

Is there any way I can fix this without replacing anything, or having to take my computer in somewhere?

Thanks.

Since you said that you solved your problem. I am interested in finding out what you did to solve it. I have never run into such a problem so sorry I was not much help.

But am still interested in what you did. ;)

Check out my reply to the guy that said nothing showed up on his monitor when he turned on his PC. He has the same effect as me. (I did not say we had the same problem, because something of his may be broken.)

When you need to reset your bios without actually going into bios and clicking "default settings", just remove the internal battery on your motherboard for an hour or so, then put it back in and it should work. Newer motherboards have a jumper on it that allows you to reset CMOS/BIOS without actually going into bios. In case someone hacks you and puts a password on it, or you blindly mess with bios settings without knowing what you are doing.

Cool 'eh? §=)
