I've been having a problem for months now with the application that allows me to transfer photos to my laptop. Every time I start up my lap top a little window opens that says:

Photogallery:

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "PhotoGallery.msi" in the box below.

then there's a little drop down menu that says:

Use Source
C:\SWSETUP\HPhotoST\setup\PhotoGallery\

If I click cancel then this only aggrivates the problem and I have to press ctrl + alt + delete in order to get the window off my desktop. That's great and all but now I can't transfer photos onto my desktop or open up the photosmart premier to look at my pictures without this stupid window coming up.

Does anyone know why this may be happening?

Thanks

(PS....my CD drive also doesn't work anymore. I can't play any CDs in it.)

I meant that I can't transfer photos from my camera onto my laptop anymore.
