On hitting F1 the help file comes up. But with a problem.Since the net is of it comes in offline mode. Onclicking the bullets on the left pane, you get the results on the right side, however if you search then you get an error. Similarly when you hit F1, itsead of getting the welcome screen on the right pane,you get the error.

However if you are in online mode then no problem it will show up, its only the offline mode. In my office computers which have office 2007, they all work fine online and offline help. Its only my own personal pc.
Did numerous uninstalls, deleted all remants and temp file. But no luck at all.
Does anyone know whats acutally going on.

However if you are in online mode then no problem it will show up, its only the offline mode. In my office computers which have office 2007, they all work fine online and offline help. Its only my own personal pc.
Did numerous uninstalls, deleted all remants and temp file. But no luck at all.
Does anyone know whats acutally going on.
