How high can you hear?
http://www.ultrasonic-ringtones.com
I only heard to 12Khz (And just barely heard 12) I wonder if soundcards are able to reproduce a pitch that high correctly!

Well, these are not really 'ultrasonic' tones, which usually implies frequencies above those of human hearing - the standard definition of the range for our ears is 20Hz-20,000Hz (i.e. the latter 20k Hz), but that is ideal, the high tones are often lost as one ages, so being in the 14-15k Hz upper limit is not unusual; of course, if you've been listening to high volume music for years, these higher frequencies disappear quickly.
Now, REAL ultrasound as discussed in medical applications are in the MHz range; I'm an abdominal radiologist, and for standard ultrasound of the abdomen, the frequencies used (depending in part on the size of the patient), varies from 2.5 to 5 MHz (i.e the latter 5,000,000 Hz); for small parts evaluation (such as the thyroid or scrotum), even higher frequencies are used, e.g. 7.5-12 MHz.

Does it count if you turn your speakers up? 21.1 No matter what I do I can't get the 22.4 to even make a noise.

I thought something was up with that if my dog couldn't hear it...
If you pick 22.4 in the Results, it says that one has no sound. Looks like your dogs are rabid maybe?
