Problems with Ping in Game
OK, so I play a lot of online games and every thing's always gone smoothly up until about two months ago. Suddenly I get high ping in (250+ latency) SOME servers, but normal ping in others. There's nothing wrong with the server as I play with other people from the same location and they have no problems, just me.At first it only seemed to happen from about 7-10pm, but now it seems like it's nearly a 24-7 problem. Being that I'm big into FPS, this is simply not tolerable, and it happens in every game I play so it's not just local to the game. I've heard of peak-hour lag, but this seems a little extensive. I've looked and I can't really find a pattern in the servers that are affected, but it seems to usually be the same ones. If anyone has any idea what the problem might be or how I could fix this I'd really appreciate it. My ISP is Time Warner Cable (Road Runner), I'm on Windows XP Home SP2, and I live in Ohio if that's important.

Yeh I have heard bad things about Roadrunner like capping and even spying,if you do a lot of p2p that is what it probably is your bandwith is used up so they lower you down to a crawl..
