Ever since I've installed Vista, I've ran into numerous problems being allowed access to do certain tasks) such as deleting/moving folders. It's my computer, thus I am the administrator, of course, and am signed on the administrator account. Is there a way to fix this?

A less important problem I'd like a fix to is the fact that Vista's security makes me go through quite a lot when I do move something to the recycle bin. It asks me if I'm sure, then asks me if I'm sure, and then asks me if I'm sure. What happened to being able to just move something, click "yes", and having it do it? I know Vista is security-heavy, but I'd like to tone down the prompts. Any help is appreciated.

what type of folders are you trying to delete, folders you created or folders other software installed?

Well, for instance, I installed a game, then moved the .exe to my Games folder, but I'd like to delete the folder the game's executable was originally in. But it says I do not have permission, or that I must have permission.

Secondly, as for moving folders, I have a folder of songs that downloaded into User>Documents>Downloads. I'd like to move it to my Music folder, but it will not let me.

Excellent article (http://technet2.microsoft.com/WindowsVista/en/library/0d75f774-8514-4c9e-ac08-4c21f5c6c2d91033.mspx?mfr=true)showing how to disable, elevate security options.

I was hoping there was a way to let me do excessively simple tasks I've done for 10 years without having to make changes that cause my computer to be more vulnerable. Thanks for nothing, Vista.
