While attempting to send an email via OutLook, this system is getting a Microsoft word error:
Microsoft Word Unspecified Error.
I'm also getting a gcasDtserv.exe not responding upon shutting down/rebooting. In addtion there is a res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg issue.
I'm guessing there is an issue in the registry.

I had tried both options you guys purposed, I may backup their data and do a complete reload, unless you guys have another option. While researching I saw a post that described this issue and that Microsoft has a solution, but according to the poster it didn't work either. Now I have to see if I can find that post again :dizzy:

This corrected it:
Email Word Issue
In Tools>Options>Mail Format
Uncheck> Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages.
Uncheck> Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to read Rich Text e-mail messages.
