itunes/quicktime launch problem
My itunes has crashed. It will not launch at all. When I try, I get an error message from Quicktime that says "Quicktime failed to initialize (error-2096) Quicktime required to run itunes. Please reinstall itunes."
This even has Apple and Quicktime folks baffled. They walked me through uninstall/install and still the same as above. Tried the solution that Spencer?? wrote about, but to no avail. Apple and Quicktime are sending this to their engineering folks to hammer out. Any other ideas?
