THE game

Everyone has a certain type of game they like...or maybe even an idea that they have for the most perfect game that they could play.
For me, its a game like StarCraft:BroodWar...but with not only th 3rd person mode...but a 1st person view where you can be infantry...or even pilot vehicles.
If the battle goes up in space, you endup having the 1st person mode, 3rd person mode and a freespace2 type of atmosphere.
Basically, you could be a Commander (The one who builds and commands from the 3rd person view.) Or Infantry/Heroes.
There would also be the all famous map maker...where people can make custom maps or scenarios..
If someone made a game like that...id buy it. and then probably buy it again.
And play it forever .

there is a game like that
its called battlezone, specifically battle zone 2
i have it some where

its futuristic
you get a top down view, you get first person, im pretty sure you get third person and you are a commander
i think Dark reign 2 has similar features

ive just found it my box of old games
and installing it
i remember playing it ages ago on my Celeron 566 with a 4MB integrated graphics card
it lagged

it came from the days when entire games fit on single CDs
