uninstall standby trailer
Hi Whenever I leave my PC on unattended I get a "Spiderman" film trailer playing(standby) Where can I go to uninstall it ... Thanks

look under this section

click on start --> control panel --> add/remove programs

a pop up list will show up...look under that list and see if you can find trailer or spiderman related software and click on it and remove it

please not the above path is for XP....for vista its a bit different but you should find under the section Program in control panel "uninstall program"....click on that and a pop up will show up there as well...

In Vista, the name for "Add or Remove Programs" has been changed to "Programs and Features."

right click anywhere on desktop>personalize> screen saver> then select it to anything you want.

I'm gradually finding my way around this windows vista...
Spiderman has been de-selected...Thank goodness for that!
