COM Surrogate

When I first bought my computer I was still in Iraq. I had it sent to me from the factory, and from the get go I've had an error dealing with COM Surrogate. It just won't go away. Once it starts to error it's like it is on repeat. I have to keep clicking it to go away. Any ideas??

Thanks for the link. That helped out quite a bit. I'm going to try it all until I figure out how to kill this error. It's annoying.
