I work in a home made into an office with three different companies inside.
One company has three computers and the other companies have one each. They all come off the same router and internet connection.
As a "tease" one of the independent people logs into my three computers. How do I stop this?

He is using one of the many remote desktop programs; Remote Desktop is most likely, since it is native to Windows. (You are using Windows, right?) You have a couple different ways to approach this.
Since he has to log in to the system, he must have access to an account name and password able to log in to your computer. If he legitimately needs access to the machines at some point in time, tell him to stop. Otherwise, look through your event viewer to try to find the time he logged into one of your computers and see if it tells you a login name that he is using. You can get into the event viewer through Start -> Run -> eventvwr. Scroll back to a time you know he has done it at, or wait until he is done logging in to your system again. Event viewer should then log a record of the log on with whatever user name he supplied. Since there are three separate businesses, it's likely that he is using a local login name. Try changing the passwords on all your accounts. If other people use these computers, you'll have to check in with them first.
You can disable Remote Desktop from allowing connections, but if there is ever a time when it is legitimately used for troubleshooting (if there is a help desk or whatever) or other reasons, then you can't really do it. If you are your own boss, you should know. If you have a boss, ask him first. And if there is another remote desktop program installed on your machine, he could be using that. Do this by right clicking my computer, Properties, click the Remote tab, check the box to allow invitations to be sent from the computer, click advanced, then make sure the "allow this computer to be controlled remotely" is disabled. That's in XP.

i would go ahead and disable the remote desktop configuratoin...as you stated in the first post, you work in a home that made into an office and there is only 4 computers running...
so if you are the boss..i would go directly and disable remote controlled on all three machines and like Met44 said...he could be using an account that allow him to log into your computers..so double check the account name and delete it/disable it or change all password for all user and tell them not to TELL ANYONE!!!!
