I'd file this under "Jokes", if it weren't so serious.
Think FireDog and GeekSquad know what they're doing? Read the following article for an eye-opener, then check the short videos out.

That reminds me I went to best buy once with my friend they where saying her hard drive was dead, But I played With it to find out that the EIDE cable had started to disconnect at the end that connects to the motherboard anyone should be able to find that since the geek squad kept it for a week it took me 5 min to find.

You think thats bad, I was just in another extremely popular computer help forum going through their messages and one of the moderators tells everyone who is having resource problems they need a new power supply. :rotflmao: He must work for the geek squad.

Aren't those guys A++ certified people? Yeah, but that don't make them computer sauvy. Anyone can read a book and take a test and pass it. But retaining the knowledge, or acquiring the knowledge from years of computer repair is more important than taking a test and passing it. ;)
