Adding to Windows Sound Event List????

I am using the program "Random Events Sound" to randomize my startup, shutdown, trash, etc. sounds. The program uses the windows list of sound events.

I want to ADD to that list to include the events of loading various programs.... like Internet Explorer for example. Can I do this?

There is an 'event' for "loading programs" but that seems the refer to ANY program, not specific ones.

Not using the Vista schemes. There may be third party utilities that will do this. Try posting in the Application Forum.
