Really Strange Graphic Problem

I'm posting this because i need help with a very strange graphics problem. It occurred randomly when i was playing a game that i always play, so it shouldn't have to do with the game.
The problem is that there are very strange color problems and graphics problems, here are some picture examples.
I think it may have happened after i ran the diablo ii video test. I have all the latest drivers so drivers should not be the problem. I also have direct x 9.0c, which is what im supposed to have.

As you can see it is really messed up, white lines all over it.

This is a picture from the server select screen in 2moons. All the text in the game is like this, it flickers from half the text, to none of it, to all of it, so it is impossible to read.

This, as you can see, is a picture of the screen that comes up when you copy and paste something. There is pink stuff all over it.

This is the worst case. The model is so messed up i don't even know what to say!

This problem is extremely annoying, i can't play games because of it. Does anyone know how i may be able to fix it, besides reinstalling windows? As i already said, i have the latest drivers and directx. It may have been caused by the daiblo II video test.
