when i play games, after like 20min of playing, the game gets frozen, the sound starts to stutter anoyingly, and i can do anything. i just minimize them and close them in the task manager. could be that im underpowered but i thought 700 watt PSU was enough.

Try Adjusting your Paging file to system managed size. What is all running on your system? Is there allot of things running at once on your system go to the task manager how many processes are usually running at one time? Do you have allot of stuff open like any instant messengers. When I have been instant messaged before my game has suffered quality and even shut down before it was on the more intense games like Battlefield 2, and 2142.
