I called in to renew my subscription and I was given a number to put in the box when it asks for it on screen.I Have not seen that screen, I have no idea where to put this number.

Also I know there is a way to check and see if your subscription is renewed but I can't remember how or where to look.Would someone be so kind as to help me with .

Much thanks!! :(

Hi perplexed,

Symantec tells you how to determine when your subscription service will expire (http://service2.symantec.com/SUPPORT/sharedtech.nsf/docid/1998110614570206)

As far as where your subscription number goes...is this what your after (http://service2.symantec.com/SUPPORT/custserv.nsf/docid/2001011716480346)?

Thanks spider, would you believe I had already done all of the above before I read your post LOL LOL Yep I did.

I never did see that popup as to where I put that number I was given over the phone but when I clicked NORTONS,HELP and ABOUT and NORTONS ANTI VIRUS I see I have 395 days left so I assume it is right.

Should I call Monday and make sure and find out why I am not getting that box for the number?

Thanks again!! ;)

If it's a local call or a 1-800 sure, why not.

If it shows 395 days then I wouldn't worry about it.
