Can someone advise how to get past this problem: Start P/C and get to the Windows ME page logo then the next page before the desktop and at this point it will freeze no menu viewed just a screen and the Windows music starts but that is it. I am unable to go into Safe Mode same problem. I can get a C: prompt but when I try to reinstall windows it is 65% done but comes up with SUWIN error. Any suggestions.
